- Wash new items separately for the first wash, as loose fibres can shed onto other laundry.
- Use a mild detergent on a cool, delicate cycle to protect natural fibres and any prints.
- Avoid fabric softener on ribbed and knitted pieces, it can reduce natural stretch over time.
- Reshape knitwear while damp and dry flat, away from direct heat.
- Check care labels on individual pieces, as trims and linings can vary by style.
Delivery, returns & safety
Delivery
Orders are typically prepared within 2 business days and arrive within 3 to 5 business days once dispatched. A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Gift sets and final-sale items are excluded.
Fit exchanges
If a size runs differently than expected, reach out and we will help arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Safety notes
Always follow the care label, remove loose ribbons or ties before sleep, and check snap fastenings regularly as your baby grows.
